Wobling Goblin is a lesser-known PVE server (progressing through the original trilogy, currently in Vanilla) based out of Oceania. Population is definitely low, however a single character can learn all professions in the game (blacksmithing, alchemy, skinning, etc.) instead of having a cap.Tichondrius is the big one for Horde, Sargeras for Alliance. It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. About to start my WOW journey after watching for a while and was wondering what server would be best for me. I have managed to narrow it down to Tarren Mill, Twisting Nether, Ragnaros and Stormscale. Gear you still want a lot of buyers/sellers I guess. I hate having to explain to a new player why the vast majority of the people they are interacting with are not people they can join a guild with, or aren’t even on their server. If you are a new player, I would never join a pvp server as it will remove your appetite to play when you will reach level 30ish. Join a normal server and enjoy the leveling as the faction you are playing for. Mograine is horde only server since all the alliance guilds moved to Firemaw. Greetings. Having everyone on a realm be your faction means ALOT more players. Whereas the 50/50 split could make a big realm feel like a low pop one. I'm not sure of the status of the big pvp realms but I'm pretty sure the top ones like sargeras, Illidan and tichondrius are all weighted one way or the other as well.(again pvpers can chime in here)You can buy any max lvl gear from shop for real money and then just go pvp/pve. 4. WoW is a decent game for sake of a game to play, it’s not/never going to be an amazing or complex story, and honestly it’s more transparent than a Disney Marvel movie (not to mention potentially copied, thanks Danuser) and when it comes to actual game play your mileage will vary based on what class/spec you play.So for example your realm might follow Central time zone but the datacenter the realm belongs to could be in LA. I found this information on wow wiki. They had a list on thier website as well but they included that it might not be up to date. Not a New York data center. Server time and data center location dont correlate.. A lot of the oceanic severs are linked like that so most options would be good! Nagrand is pre good, its also linked with Caelestrasz so the split pre much becomes 50/50 give or take 10-15%. Probably the best you're gonna do for OCE, otherwise Alliance 90% on Frostmourne, Horde 90% on Barthilas, roughly. There's usually guilds and communities dedicated to it, and people use addons such as TRP to write profiles and so on to supplement the experience. On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name. It's majority Alliance but plenty of Horde stuff too.It's the best scripted realm ever, population is nice with toxicity close to 0 (server rules are enforced in world chat as well), faction balance is around 50:50 but it's not highly populated... in fact, it's medium/low (compared to the Vanilla standard of 2500 online cap, or 1250 online per faction).WRA Horde may have more population but that is where the generalizations ends. Walk up RP is present but it is 50/50 in whether it'll be good or bad (Same on MG Alliance.) Community is more separate with no real equivalent of Warcraft Conquest or Coalition from MG (and MG Horde respectively.) MG Alliance is more or less the same like WRA Horde ... It’s more of a self-contained place as opposed to other servers that have a ton of connected realms and CRZ in open world. If interested, join horde and look for Wolves and Ravens guild (awesome people that help newcomers level). What I'd do is travel back in time and find one in 2006 for that best wow tbc experience. You can get a full tier 3 set for less than a million if you’re lucky, or a little over. On other realms you cant. You probably can, if buying transmog is your thing, and if you can get a million on a low-pop realm. I really want to play a tank in WoW classic - I tried getting into it before but redridge mountains was just chaos incarnate - could barely move two steps without getting ganked for 2 months straight. Chromiecraft is 3.3.5 but currently limited to level 64. The Atlantiss team is planning on launching a fresh TBC server under Stormforge, unofficially announced Q1 2023. That's exactly what I want, thank you.Prob a 70-30 split. Stormrage and Sargeras are both very active Alliance realms. I moved to Proudmoore for this expansion and am loving it. It's packed and there's always people around. Not sure what the split is though. It's almost entirely Alliance. Stormrage.I would recommend Pyrewood Village (EU), really nice PVE server and lots of people doing low level content. Never an issue to find groups for quests or dungeons. Go US Heartseeker. It's a pvp server but it's 99% Alliance. 10. Dalaran (US) Dalaran is one of the first servers released and back in the WOTLK time, it had one of the best progress guilds on both factions. Nowadays, Alliance rules this server with over 70% of the realm's population. I took a long break from WoW from the end of Wrath until the last patch of BFA. The server I was on, Shandris, went from being a medium sized server in Wrath to a low population server in BFA, despite being merged with another server.That doesn't mean you won't have fun. If your main goal is raiding, EU-PVP1 may be your best bet. If you don't care about raiding and money making, but rather a 100% positive atmosphere, then the RP servers are your place.
