There’s really no one or the other. What you do is your preference. Agility is obviously the best if you are an archer. Think it’s quite flawed though that agility leaves you with no strong melee weapons on mounts. Most agility weapons on exiled lands aren’t the best. Siptah is better for those.

I run a Corrupted Str build wielding a maul. With the "Leggings of Karak" and 10 points in Grit I can light or heavy attack three in a row times before running out of stamina (the second heavy attack leaves me with 1 stamina left). Nothing short of bosses survives 2 heavy attacks anyway.

Corrupted str scourge doesn't work? I deal the same damage with str 20 no corruption as with full str corruption. I expected a large increase from the first perk but saw nothing. Kick knocks enemies down and knocks them back further. Attacks reduce enemy damage by 20% for 4 seconds. 5% chance on each attack to deal 50 points of corruption damage, added to normal damage and affected by buffs.
