I managed to pair a second remote to both my Stream 4K units by 1) factory resetting one of the remotes 2) Going through the add remote menu but when I did that I put both remotes in front of the Stream 4k unit.The TiVo stream remote is super nice but the TV setup keeps reverting to something called W Box Technologies? I can’t get the setup to stick. I’ve factory reset it multiple times but after powering the device off then back on, it always reverts back to W Box Technologies!
